Experience ≥5 years in corporate taxation (CIT, VAT, restructuring operations). Membership in REAF, AEDAF or qualification as Tax Inspector valued.
Experience ≥3 years in company law, M&A or commercial contracts. Bar membership at ICAM, ICAB or equivalent.
Social graduate or lawyer with ≥5 years' experience in employment matters, dismissals and proceedings before SMAC/labour courts.
Experience in criminal compliance programs (UNE 19601), AML/KYC and whistleblowing channels (Directive 2019/1937).
