BMC opened its Marbella office on Avenida Ricardo Soriano to be at the centre of this activity and provide a comprehensive service to clients throughout the process.

From Marbella, our team handles the taxation of non-resident buyers and property owners — IRNR, capital gains, wealth tax, cross-border inheritances — advises on investor residency alternatives following the abolition of the Golden Visa under Organic Law 1/2025 (including the Beckham Law, digital nomad visa and other permit routes), and structures property ownership through tax-efficient legal vehicles in Spain and abroad. We also work with high-net-worth individuals on global wealth structuring, investment portfolio optimisation and international succession planning.
