BMC established its central office in the Barrio de Salamanca, Madrid’s premier financial district, to be at the heart of where strategic decisions are made. From Madrid we coordinate the firm’s most complex service lines: M&A advisory, tax structuring for multinational groups, cross-border transaction planning, and tax litigation. The Madrid team combines experienced tax lawyers, corporate advisors and commercial law specialists with a strong track record in mid-market and large-cap transactions, both domestically and across borders. We are also the coordination hub for clients with operations across multiple BMC offices.

The Madrid office is open Monday to Friday and offers on-site meeting rooms for in-person consultations; video conferencing is available for clients based elsewhere in Spain or internationally.
