Victims of Civil War to receive compensation within three months

This amendment to Royal Decree-Law 6/2026 corrects errors in Law 35/2006 regarding recognition and indemnification for those who died or were injured during defence activities and the struggle for democracy. Compensation will be granted within three months of the decree's publication, as specified in its final provisions, ensuring a clearer and more timely response to Civil War victims.
