This amendment to Royal Decree-Law 6/2026 corrects errors in Law 35/2006 regarding recognition for persons killed or injured due to their activities in the defence and advocacy of democracy. It establishes that compensatory recognition shall be granted within three months of the publication of the Royal Decree-Law, in accordance with the final provision of the text.
