Unide workers must apply new collective agreement from 1 January 2026

The Unide group's collective agreement is registered and published by the Directorate General of Labour. It comes into force on 1 January 2026 and runs until 31 December 2028. It is based on Articles 90.2 and 3 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015 and Royal Decree 713/2010. Workers must comply with its terms from the date of entry into force.

How it affects those involved

Commercial establishments must apply the new agreement from 1 January 2026. Workers in these establishments will be subject to the new labour conditions set out in the agreement. The Labour Administration will record and publish the text as official reference. The validity period is two years, renewable.
