Companies with over 10 workers: 3-month deadline to update shift records or face up to €7,500 per worker fines

Law 2/2026 repeals Law 7/2007 and amends environmental management provisions, including shift recording. Employers have three months to update their shift records; otherwise, fines of up to €7,500 per worker apply (art. 56.1.c). This aims to modernise shift management in environmental sectors.
