Basque Region to receive enhanced fiscal resources for work safety and hygiene from 7 March 2026

This Royal Decree expands the patrimonial resources transferred to the Basque Autonomous Community under Royal Decree 2557/1985, as provided by Article 12.2 and the transitional provision 2 of the Statute approved by Organic Law 3/1979. The transfer comes into force on 7 March 2026, enabling the region to access greater resources for work safety and hygiene.
