Deceased or injured individuals for defense: 6 months to submit recognition claim

The regulation adds an additional provision 20 to Law 20/2022 on Democratic Memory, allowing recognition claims for deceased or injured individuals due to defense or democratic advocacy activities (art. 20). The claim submission period is six months from publication date (art. 20.1). An error in BOE no. 66 of March 16, 2026, is corrected (art. 10).
