Summary
Royal Decree 141/2026 repeals Chapter II of RD 623/2014 and other prior decrees (RD 800/2011 and RD 389/1998), and amends articles 2 and 12 of RD 253/2024. This establishes a new organic statute for an independent technical investigation body in rail, maritime and air accidents, with collegiate structure and new administrative functions (art. 2, 12).
