State Evaluation Agency governed by Statute approved by Royal Decree 65/2026

This Royal Decree approves the Statute of the State Evaluation Agency, defining its structure, functions and organisation. It amends Article 6 of Royal Decree 410/2024 in line with Article 29 of Law 27/2022 on public administration organisation. The change establishes a clearer legal framework for the agency, without imposing new obligations on companies or individuals.
