This Royal Decree approves the Statute of the State Agency for Public Policy Evaluation, regulating its structure, functions, and organisation. The regulation amends Article 6 of Royal Decree 410/2024 to align with Article 29 of Law 27/2022 regarding the organisation of the Administration.
