The CNMC publishes an agreement with Prodis Foundation to enable companies to include training placements in individual employment integration pathways for people with intellectual or developmental disabilities. The agreement is signed on 17 June 2026 and published in the BOE on 19 June 2026 (Art. 48.8 L. 40/2015). The aim is to facilitate training and employment integration of these individuals in CNMC work environments.
Companies running employment introduction programmes may include training placements for people with intellectual or developmental disabilities in their individual pathways (Art. 1.1). The CNMC and Prodis Foundation establish a collaboration framework for training within their departments. The agreement does not impose direct obligations on companies but allows training placements to take place within CNMC workplaces as part of employment integration programmes.
