Teresa Galan Montes

Teresa has been at BMC for three years, joining in 2023 after completing her university studies. She handles day-to-day bookkeeping for a portfolio of SME clients: recording sales and purchase invoices, periodic bank reconciliations, supplier payment scheduling, and monitoring outstanding receivables.

A significant part of her work involves managing SII (Suministro Inmediato de Informacion) submissions — Spain’s real-time VAT ledger reporting system operated through the AEAT electronic platform. She ensures that data transmissions are submitted within the required timeframes and reviews any errors or discrepancies returned by the tax authority’s platform.

She works with several ERPs and cloud accounting platforms, adapting to whichever system each client already has in place. Her approach is precise and deadline-focused: in day-to-day bookkeeping, errors and delays have an immediate impact on companies’ cash management and tax compliance, and she keeps that reality firmly in mind in her daily work.
