Patricia Soler Ibarra

Patricia has six years of experience in corporate finance, the last four at BMC, which she joined in 2022. She provides outsourced CFO services to growth-stage companies that need high-level financial leadership but cannot justify a full-time finance director hire.

Her work covers the design and monitoring of cash flow forecasts, negotiation of credit lines and bank financing, and preparation of investor reporting. She engages actively in working capital decisions — collection terms, supplier conditions, stock policies — seeking the right balance between operational liquidity and financial efficiency.

She has supported several companies through financing processes, from building the financial model through to engaging with banks and debt funds. That role as financial interlocutor is particularly valued by founders and managers who have a clear command of their operational business but need support in structuring the financial side with equal rigour.

Before BMC, she worked in the corporate treasury department of a Catalan industrial group, where she gained experience managing cash positions across multiple currencies and coordinating international payments.
