Marta Crespo Delgado

Marta Crespo Delgado has four years of corporate advisory experience and joined BMC directly after completing her degree at ESADE. She provides end-to-end support on M&A transactions from origination through to closing, taking an active role at every stage: marketing document preparation, buyer screening and initial outreach, data room setup and management, and coordination of information flows throughout the due diligence phase.

She has worked on cross-border deals involving Spanish, French, and Portuguese counterparties, developing a practical understanding of the cultural and regulatory nuances of each market. Her command of French is a particularly valued asset on mandates involving French funds or companies with interest in Iberian assets.

Marta is currently preparing for the CFA Level II examination, reflecting her commitment to deepening her expertise in corporate finance and investment analysis. Her working style is defined by attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, and a proactive approach to anticipating team and client needs throughout the transaction lifecycle.
