Biography
Marcos joined BMC in 2025 as part of the graduate programme, with one year of experience since then. He supports the business services team with document processing, digital archiving, and administrative tasks related to new client onboarding.
His work includes classifying and digitising invoices, organising document files, and preparing the information that senior team members need for their accounting, payroll, and registry filing tasks. He also assists with data verification on public administration electronic platforms.
He is in an active learning phase: he is currently training in SII compliance and payroll fundamentals under the guidance of the team’s senior associates. His recruitment is part of BMC’s commitment to developing in-house talent from the early stages of a professional career.
