Laura Martinez is a Senior Associate in BMC’s strategy and M&A practice. She works in direct coordination with the founding team on the firm’s most cross-cutting mandates — corporate operations, operational restructurings, and strategic projects that need to be run across several practice areas at once.

Her profile combines solid economic training — a Bachelor in Economics from Universidad Carlos III and a Master in General Management from IE Business School — with hands-on experience preparing and executing transactional processes: structuring information memoranda, coordinating multidisciplinary due-diligence teams, tracking deal calendars, and producing strategic analyses to support decision-making.

Day to day she acts as an operational hub: translating the client’s strategic priorities into a concrete workplan, keeping the legal, tax, and financial teams aligned, and making sure each mandate moves at the pace the transaction demands. She is one of the regular client contacts on M&A and complex corporate processes.
