Biography

Isabel has been at BMC for eight years, joining in 2018, making her one of the longest-serving members of the firm. She manages office operations: scheduling for partners and directors, client visit coordination, travel organisation, vendor relationships, and logistics for internal and external events.

She is the first point of contact for callers and visitors to the firm, and represents BMC in every interaction at the front line. Her ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities and her professional yet approachable manner means that both clients and the internal team rely on her to resolve operational issues as they arise.

Over these years she has developed a deep understanding of how the firm operates internally, which allows her to anticipate needs, prioritise correctly, and act independently in situations that require quick decisions. Her role is fundamental to allowing the advisory teams to focus on their technical client work without operational matters interfering with their agenda.
