Cristina Perez Lozano

Cristina has eight years of experience in management control and financial reporting, the last four at BMC, which she joined in 2022. Her work focuses on designing management control systems and financial dashboards for mid-market companies transitioning from spreadsheet-based tracking to structured, decision-oriented reporting.

She designs KPI frameworks tailored to each business model, implements monthly closing processes with defined calendars and ownership, and builds rolling forecasts that refresh the financial picture with each close. The typical outcome is that management moves from receiving information weeks late to having near real-time visibility over the business.

She has worked across a wide range of sectors — from distributors and industrial companies to professional services firms — adapting reporting models to the operational specifics of each. She has hands-on experience with BI tools including Power BI and Tableau, and in connecting these platforms to clients’ ERP and accounting systems.

Before BMC, she worked on the finance team of a SaaS company, where she built the internal BI tools the executive team relied on to track business performance.
