Quantum comms reference entities to update grant applications within 30 days

Royal Decree 327/2026 sets a 30-day deadline for quantum communications reference entities to adjust their grant applications under the new direct award regime, enhancing transparency and efficiency in grant management by the Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Administration, aligning with Component 16 of the National Artificial Intelligence Strategy. The amendment is based on Article 67 of Regulation 887/2006 and Article 22.2.c) of Law 38/2003.
