Summary

The Resolution of 11 December 2025 states that when a georeferencing is registered without a formal procedure under article 201.3 of the Mortgage Law, affected parties may file an appeal within 15 natural days of notification. This mechanism corrects errors in surface registration, particularly when a reduction exceeds 10% of the previous area. The appeal is submitted to the General Directorate of Legal Security and Public Records.
