Agroalimentary interprofessional bodies must update admin and sanctioning procedures within three months

Royal Decree 188/2026 amends Articles 6, 8.1, 13 and 17.2 of Royal Decree 705/1997, introducing new rules on administrative procedures and sanctions in agroalimentary interprofessional organisations. A three-month adaptation period applies from the decree's entry into force.
