Firms with AI training: 3-month curriculum update or up to €7,500 fines

Royal Decree 183/2026 amends Annexes I.2 and III.2 of RD 210/2025, along with other annexes of RDs 211/2025, 212/2025 and 213/2025, to include an advanced machine learning course. Institutions must update their programmes within three months of entry into force (art. 2).
