Royal Decree 183/2026 amends annexes I.2 and III.2 of RD 210/2025, as well as other annexes of RDs 211/2025, 212/2025, and 213/2025, to include a specialisation course in machine learning. This change requires training institutions to update their programmes in accordance with the new curriculum within 3 months of the entry into force (Art. 2).
Training institutions must update their Higher Level Vocational Training programmes to include the new machine learning course. Centres that fail to do so within the deadline may face fines of up to €7,500 for non-compliance (Art. 2). Training advisors should review curricula and ensure centres meet the new requirements.
