Aquatic installation companies required to apply state collective agreement from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2027

The state collective agreement for aquatic installation maintenance and conservation comes into force from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2027, as per articles 90.2 and 3 of RDL 2/2015. The period may be extended. Companies in the sector must apply the agreement's salary and working conditions, including corrected salary tables published in the 11 May 2026 resolution.

The implementation period begins immediately on 1 January 2025.
