Local Government Staff: Call for technical training courses for the first half of 2026

The National Institute of Public Administration (INAP) has announced decentralised training activities for the first half of 2026, as part of its 2025-2028 Learning Strategy. The courses, which include in-person, blended, and virtual formats, are designed to enhance the technical and strategic competencies of local authority staff (Art. 1). These actions are carried out in collaboration with Provincial Councils, Island Councils, and single-province Autonomous Communities.
