This resolution amends Annexes I and II of the Resolution of 21 November 2005 to update inspection procedures and risk control for the road transport of dangerous goods. The measure transposes Directive (EU) 2025/1801 of 23 June, aiming to harmonise control criteria and the administrative forms used in this field.
