Meat sector firms: 30 days to apply 2025 wage tables

The Resolution of 30 January 2026 publishes the final 2025 wage tables from the State Collective Agreement for Meat Industries, to be implemented by affected companies. These tables replace previous ones as required by articles 90.2 and 90.3 of the Workers' Statute. Firms must adjust salaries from the date set in the final provision.

In 2 key points

  1. Meat sector firms must apply the 2025 salary tables (art. 2)
  2. Salary tables are based on the state collective agreement approved in June 2025 (relación con Resolución de 27 de junio de 2025)

How it affects those involved

Meat sector firms must update their pay tables within 30 days to comply with the new collective agreement terms (art. 2). Workers in slaughterhouses and meat processing plants receive revised salary references that may impact their contracts or collective bargaining. Regional authorities are not obliged to intervene but must ensure firms comply with the new agreement.
