Royal Decree 113/2026 commutes the three-month custodial sentence imposed on Civil Guard Javier Arranz Mateo for the offence of disloyalty, replacing it with three months of community service, effective from the day following the publication of the decree (Art. 1). This measure is based on grounds of equity and was approved following deliberation by the Council of Ministers (Art. 2).
