For the municipalities of Granollers, Sant Boi de Llobregat, and Viladecans, the agreement provides access to technical support and the execution of urban projects under the framework of the Spanish Urban Agenda and SDG 11 (Preamble II). The Barcelona Provincial Council is obliged to make a single payment within a maximum of fifteen days following the signing of the agreement (Clause 3).
