ESADE students: opportunity for external academic internships at the CNMC

The CNMC and the ESADE Foundation have signed an educational cooperation agreement for the provision of external academic internships (annex). The agreement is strictly for training purposes; therefore, it does not create an employment, civil, or commercial relationship, nor does it incur any costs for the CNMC (clause 1). This agreement supersedes any previous agreements between both entities with the same purpose (clause 14).

In 3 key points

  1. The agreement does not involve any expenditure or payment by the CNMC, as it is an exclusively training-based relationship (clause 1). (cláusula 1)
  2. The internships cannot be considered merits for accessing public service nor count towards seniority (clause 1). (cláusula 1)
  3. The agreement may be terminated by either party with two months' notice (clause 16). (cláusula 16)

How it affects those involved

For final-year undergraduate or Master's students at ESADE University, the agreement provides a channel for practical training at the CNMC (clause 2). These internships will not count as merits for accessing public service or for seniority (clause 1). For the CNMC, the agreement does not involve any expenditure or payment obligations (clause 1).
