Refusal of Plant Variety Rights for 'VILAR' (onion) and 'CARTUJANO' (pea) varieties

The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food has refused the granting of Plant Variety Rights in the Register of Protected Varieties for the onion variety 'VILAR' and the pea variety 'CARTUJANO' (Art. 65.3 of the Plant Variety Protection Regulations).
