Martierra Seguros, SA: authorisation of the transfer of its health and funeral insurance portfolio to Aura, SA, de Seguros

Order ECM/62/2026 authorises the total transfer of the health and funeral insurance contract portfolio from Martierra Seguros, SA, to Aura, SA, de Seguros (Art. 1). As the transfer covers all lines of business in which the transferring entity operated, its administrative authorisation to carry out insurance activities is revoked (Art. 2). Martierra Seguros, SA, will amend its corporate purpose to engage in activities outside the insurance sector to avoid dissolution (Art. 172.2 Law 20/2015).
