SC lifts suspension of Cantabria's disability social aid law from 4 Feb 2026

The Constitutional Court has lifted the suspension of Articles 2, 3 and 4 of the Seventh Provisional Clause of Cantabria's Law 2/2007, as amended by Article 97 of Law 2/2025, effective from 4 February 2026. Previously, these provisions were suspended from 29 December 2025. The decision impacts disability social support in Cantabria.
