Cultural commemorations integrated into administrative framework

Royal Decree 413/2026 updates Article 5.1 of Royal Decree-Law 8/2025, aligning commemorative activities with cultural administration as per Article 22 of Law 40/2015. This change incorporates the 27th Generation Centenary events into the cultural framework without imposing new direct obligations on the private sector.
