State and Balearic Islands begin negotiations to resolve discrepancies in Law 4/2026 on strategic projects

The Bilateral Commission for Cooperation between the General State Administration and the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands has agreed to begin negotiations to resolve discrepancies arising from the thirty-ninth and sixty-sixth final provisions of Law 4/2026 (Annex, point 1). To this end, a working group has been appointed to propose solutions to the Commission (Annex, point 2). The agreement has been communicated to the Constitutional Court in accordance with Organic Law 2/1979 (Annex, point 3).
