The Spanish Tax Agency has announced the reinstatement of NIF A28426500, belonging to the entity Fintubo, SA (pursuant to additional provision six, section 4 of Law 58/2003). This measure reverses the revocation of the number previously published in the BOE on 10 December 2025. The decision to reinstate was agreed upon by the Administration of Alcalá de Henares on 11 December 2025.
For Fintubo, SA, this resolution means the recovery of its ability to operate using its usual NIF following its previous revocation. It has no general effects for other taxpayers, as it is an individual resolution concerning a specific NIF.
