Summary

The October 8, 2025 Resolution allows property owners to request the registration of an alternative georeferenced graphical representation of a property after fulfilling the procedure in article 199.2 of the Mortgage Law, even in the presence of a neighbouring owner's objection. This mechanism ensures proper representation of the property in the Property Registry despite ownership disputes. The request is submitted via private application and processed at the Villacarriedo Property Registry (art. 199.2).
