Swiftair, SA ground staff and cabin crew: application of the 3rd Collective Agreement from 1 January 2026

The 3rd Collective Agreement for Swiftair, SA has been registered and published, applicable to ground staff and cabin crew (TCP) under Spanish contracts (Art. 2 and 3). The agreement regulates working conditions and labour relations between the company and its employees (Art. 1). It also establishes a commitment to non-discrimination between men and women in the workplace (Art. 3).
