Telefónica IOT & Big Data Tech: 2026 salary scale update and changes to working hours and holidays

The agreement to amend the 9th Collective Bargaining Agreement of Telefónica IOT & Big Data Tech, SAU, has been recorded and published. The amendment includes the update of the 2026 salary scale (Annex I), a salary review via the new Article 43 ter, and changes to Article 15 (working hours) and Article 22 (holidays). The original agreement remains in force and has been extended until 31 December 2026 (Manifest I).
