Section 1 of the Provincial Court of Valencia: exclusive jurisdiction in Violence against Women cases from 1 January 2027

The Permanent Commission of the General Council of the Judiciary has approved the modification of the Specialisation Agreement for Section 1 of the Provincial Court of Valencia. From the established date, this section will assume exclusive and sole jurisdiction over all matters concerning Violence against Women, in accordance with the Organic Law of the Judiciary (Art. 80.3, 82, and 82 bis 2 of LO 6/1985).
