Live plant, cut flower and seed producers in the Canary Islands: definition of assets and conditions for agricultural insurance

This Order establishes the technical conditions, insurable assets, and yields for insurance covering live plant, cut flower, nursery, and seed holdings in the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands (Art. 1). The regulation is part of the 47th Combined Agricultural Insurance Plan and will also apply to the 48th Plan (Preamble). It defines operational concepts such as base production, expected actual production, and criteria for grouping SIGPAC parcels (Art. 11 and 1).
