Summary
Regulation ECM/646/2026 revokes Regulation ICT/304/2022 and sets out the framework for granting training grants in control testing for export products. Affected companies must submit grant applications within three months of entry into force, as provided in Article 17 of Law 38/2003 and Royal Decree 887/2006 (Article 1).
