The Sectoral Education Conference has approved the territorial distribution of €105,936,386.00 for the PROA+ territorial cooperation programme (European Social Fund+) for the 2026 financial year. These funds will be managed through the Autonomous Communities to finance educational guidance, progress, and enrichment in schools with high levels of educational complexity. The Ministry of Education will monitor and control the execution of these credits (Annex, Agreement of 3 June 2026).
Educational administrations in the Autonomous Communities will manage the funds to select schools with vulnerable students participating in the PROA+ programme (Annex, point 2). Selected schools must establish improvement commitments with the administrations through programme-contract type agreements. The ultimate benefit is for students in vulnerable situations enrolled in these schools (Annex, point 2).
