Summary
Royal Decree 490/2026 introduces the Professional Certificate in Palm Cultivation and Work, updating the Ecotourism certificate by replacing Annex III of RD 1127/2025 (art. 2.d). The curriculum and degree offerings for levels A and B are aligned with Law 3/2022 and Royal Decree 659/2023. Training institutions must adjust their programmes accordingly.
