Youth football players under 18: 30 days to apply for public transport subsidy during summer 2026

The Real Decree-Law 14/2026 modifies the transitional provision 1.3 of Decree-Law 7/2026, aligning access to transport subsidies for youth during the summer period. A 30-day period is established for under-18 football players to submit a subsidy application through the channels set by the Validation Agreement published on June 25, 2026 (art. 87.1 and 88.4 of Regulation RD 1211/1990). This change aims to facilitate access to public transport for youth athletes during summer.
