Summary
The Asturias Law 3/2026 requires professional colleges to join professional associations under Article 31.2 of the Statute approved by Organic Law 7/1981 of December 30. This measure aims to strengthen collective representation and coordination among professionals. The obligation is set within the framework of Law 2/1974 of February 13 and applies to all professional colleges in the Principality.
