The third Game Stores Iberia collective agreement is published with effect from 1 January 2026, in accordance with articles 90.2 and 90.3 of Royal Decree-Law 2/2015. It covers working conditions in leisure retail and computer programs and is valid until 31 December 2028, subject to possible extension.
From 1 January 2026, employees of Game Stores Iberia SLU are subject to the new collective agreement. Commercial, leisure and software companies with labour relations with this entity must apply its terms from that date. No changes affect workers in other sectors.
