Vehicle suppliers: 3 months to update cycle and motorcycle homologation rules

Royal Decree Order PJC/528/2026 amends annexes I, II, VII, XVIII, III, IV, XI and XII of vehicle homologation regulations, aligning with the 1958 Agreement. The technical rules are updated for manufacturers, distributors and vehicle suppliers, particularly regarding components and inspection. The changes take effect 30 days after publication (art. 1).
