Public Administrations: Call for entries for the 19th Quality and Innovation in Public Management Awards

The Ministry for Digital Transformation and the Civil Service has announced the 19th edition of the Excellence Level Recognition process and the Quality and Innovation in Public Management Awards (Art. First.1). The call includes the Excellence Recognition Subprogramme and the Awards Subprogramme, which comprises the Excellence in Public Management, Innovation, and Citizenship Award categories (Art. First.1, 2, and 3). The process is governed by the rules set out in Order TFP/967/2019.

How it affects those involved

Administrative bodies and units within the General State Administration, autonomous communities, local entities, autonomous cities, public bodies, and public universities are eligible to participate in these recognition and award processes (Art. Second). Interested entities must submit applications electronically using a digital certificate and designate a contact person (Art. Third.2). In the event of errors in the application, the administration will grant a period of 10 working days to rectify the deficiency (Art. Fourth.3).
