The agreement signed between the Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Sports and the company Yuba Dos Despacho, SL has been published to facilitate training placements for students from IES Leopoldo Queipo in Melilla (resolution of 20 May 2026). The agreement regulates collaboration during the non-contractual work-based learning phase (Art. 42.2 LOE and Art. 66.4 LO 3/2022). The Ministry will cover the non-subsidised Social Security costs for the students (Art. 10).
For Yuba Dos Despacho, SL, the agreement requires the company to ensure access to tutors, adhere to the training programme, supervise student progress, and comply with occupational risk prevention and data protection regulations (Art. 11). The Ministry of Education will bear the cost of the non-subsidised Social Security contribution, estimated at €34.29 per student (Art. 10).
